How to reach us
Email is the way to reach icreekside.com. Write about anything you have read here: a page that contradicts itself, a figure that no longer matches the source it came from, a link that leads nowhere, a term we have defined loosely, a claim you believe is wrong, or a subject you expected to find and did not. Corrections are welcome in plain language, and you do not need to phrase them formally or cite anything. It helps if you name the page you are writing about, or paste its address, and quote the sentence you have in mind, because the same ground is often covered in more than one place on the site and the wording differs between them. The same address takes questions about reusing what we publish, whether that is a quotation, a table or a whole page, and about how we have described a rule, a licence condition or a piece of terminology. If you are writing on behalf of a site or a company we have mentioned, say so, and say which page concerns you. Please do not send account numbers, copies of identity documents or screenshots that show your personal details; nothing we publish calls for them. We cannot help with disputes about an account at a gambling operator — those go to the operator and, failing that, to its regulator.
