Terms of use
These terms describe what icreekside.com is, what it is not, and what is expected of you when you read it.
What this site is
This site is for information. It does not accept bets or deposits. Nothing here is a wagering service, a payment service or an account of any kind. Reading pages on icreekside.com does not place a bet, hold funds or create any position with any operator.
Age
You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use the services this site writes about. The age that applies to you is set where you are, not by this site.
Your jurisdiction
Gambling law differs by country and state; checking what applies where you are is your responsibility. This site describes services generally and cannot tell you whether a particular service is permitted, restricted or prohibited at your location. Before acting on anything you read here, confirm the rules that govern you.
Accuracy
Information here may become out of date; operators change terms without notice. Bonus conditions, payment methods, accepted countries, fees, game selections and account rules can all differ from what a page on this site describes. Treat anything written here as a starting point and confirm the current terms with the operator itself before you rely on them.
Content and reuse
Content on this site belongs to its publisher and may not be republished wholesale. You are welcome to read pages, quote a short passage with a link back, and share links to icreekside.com. Copying whole pages, mirroring sections of the site, or reproducing the text as your own is not permitted.
Using the site reasonably
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it in bulk, or use it to distribute material that does not belong to you. Access is offered on the understanding that the site is read for information.
Third-party material
Where this site refers to or links to an operator, a regulator or another third party, that material is produced and controlled by them. Their terms, their age rules and their jurisdictional restrictions apply to anything you do on their pages, and this site does not control what they publish or how they change it.
